Job Description

Ancira Nissan I-10 @ Huebner Road has immediate openings for motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our Service this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers delivering a high-quality service experience while building long-term relationships in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.

Prior Service Advisor experience is preferred; however candidates with a background in service or hospitality who enjoy working with people and cars may also be considered.

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 7am-6pm/8am-7pm Alternating Saturday 7am-3pm

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the service intake process
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
• Clearly explain recommended services using dealership technology and tools
• Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support future service needs
• Deliver service experiences aligned with Ancira Auto Group standards

Qualifications

• Prior Service Advisor experience preferred; hospitality or service-industry experience considered
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Texas drivers license with acceptable driving record for insurability
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Competitive results-driven mindset

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
