Were looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Manager Trainee whos eager to grow into a leadership role while delivering the best customer experience in the business.
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through the service process.
- Write repair orders communicate estimates and explain services clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate timely repairs.
- Monitor workflow keep customers updated and maintain strong relationships.
- Learn all aspects of shop management from scheduling to financial performance.
- Support the shop manager and prepare to step into leadership responsibilities.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as a service advisor or strong customer service background (automotive preferred).
- A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communicationboth with customers and team members.
- Positive professional attitude with leadership potential.
- Valid drivers license required.
