What Youll Do

As an Automotive Service Advisor you will be responsible for managing customers throughout the service process while identifying repair and maintenance opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a fast-paced high-volume service lane
  
• Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs
  
• Open write and manage accurate repair orders
  
• Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and confidently
  
• Explain services repairs pricing and timelines to customers
  
• Maximize each service opportunity while maintaining customer trust
  
• Coordinate effectively with technicians and the service department
  
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated
  
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended and declined services
  
• Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
  
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and CSI performance
  
• Handle multiple customers and repair orders efficiently
  
• Work toward individual and department production goals
  
• Deliver a professional high-quality customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
  

What Were Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who knows how to produce communicate close and perform in a busy dealership environment.

Required:

• Proven dealership Service Advisor experience
  
• Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience
  
• Minimum 1 year of dealership experience
  
• Demonstrated history of strong production and sales performance
  
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume service environment
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
  
• Strong closing and selling skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
  
• Professional competitive and results-driven mindset
  
• Ability to commute to Tempe AZ 85284
  
• Ability to work in person
