• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle service process.

• Prepare repair orders estimates and service documentation.

• Communicate with technicians to keep customers informed about their vehicles.
  

• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
  

• Help drive customer satisfaction service sales and repeat business.
  

• Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience preferred.
  

• Strong customer service communication and relationship-building skills.
