Join the team! Were looking for a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to help customers with their vehicle service needs while delivering an exceptional dealership experience. Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must pass background check MVR and drug screening
