Position Overview
As a Service Advisor you are the trusted face of Audi Stuart. Youll be the key liaison between our customers and service team delivering a seamless five-star experience from the moment a client arrives until they drive away in their Audi.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm professional welcome and expertly assess customer service needs
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on maintenance repairs and service options
- Create accurate repair orders and coordinate efficiently with technicians
- Keep customers informed with proactive transparent communication
- Ensure a flawless end-to-end service journey
- Clearly explain services and costs while building trust and confidence
- Identify and recommend additional services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
- Collaborate closely with technicians and parts teams to achieve timely high-quality results
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships and drive long-term loyalty
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or customer service training required)
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role is required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Genuine passion for luxury brands and exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with automotive systems and repair processes is a plus
