Automotive Sales Consultant

Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for an energetic customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team. Whether you have automotive sales experience or a background in retail hospitality or customer service we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs lifestyle and budget.
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features technology warranties and available protection products.
• Follow up with internet leads showroom guests and previous customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed on current inventory manufacturer incentives and industry trends.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales process.

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work evenings weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
