Tasca Ford Berlin is looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our sales team. Were looking for a motivated customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people and is driven to succeed. Automotive sales experience is preferred but were willing to train the right candidate.

• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a friendly professional experience

• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs preferences and budget

• Present and explain vehicle features performance benefits and available options

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and offer test drives to qualified prospects

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through purchase

• Work toward and achieve sales goals established by the Sales Manager

• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships

• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership sales procedures

• Review daily weekly monthly and annual performance to identify opportunities for improvement

• Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Automotive sales experience preferred; dealership experience is a plus

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal organizational and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated goal-oriented and enthusiastic

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
