Looking for a Labor Helper for Automotive Paint Repair at Large Dealerships across Lithia Springsarea.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in Inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair.
• Assisting in Prepping and/or buffing defects.
• Assisting in Mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts.
• Assisting in Painting sanding masking blending and/or polishing finish and retouching as needed.

Qualifications

• Need to have a valid drivers license & Legal Employment Verification
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment.
• Must be a good multi-tasker.
• The ability to follow complex instructions is a plus.
• Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions.

Work Environment

• Must be able to work with strong detergents and chemicals.
• Time is spent working outside in both hot and cold weather conditions.
• Must be willing to wear gloves and eye and ear protection.
