Automotive MechanicTechnician

Precision Tune Auto Care is looking for an experienced and dependable Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join our team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in performing quality repairs works well with others and understands the importance of providing outstanding customer hospitality.

Pay: $17.00$25.00 per hour based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift closed Sundays

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues

• Perform brake suspension steering cooling system electrical and engine repairs

• Complete preventive maintenance services and vehicle inspections

• Accurately identify safety concerns and recommended maintenance

• Document inspection findings repairs and recommendations clearly

• Communicate vehicle concerns and repair needs to the service advisor

• Complete repairs correctly and within an appropriate timeframe

• Perform quality-control inspections before returning vehicles to customers

• Properly use and maintain shop tools and diagnostic equipment

• Keep work areas clean safe and organized

• Follow all company procedures and safety standards

• Treat customers coworkers and customer vehicles with care and respect

• Help provide a professional and welcoming customer experience

• Previous automotive repair experience is required

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities

• Experience with brakes suspension steering maintenance and general automotive repairs

• Ability to accurately diagnose problems and recommend proper repairs

• Must be dependable punctual and motivated

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Must have basic automotive tools

• ASE certifications are preferred but not required

• Must be willing to continue learning and developing automotive skills
