Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance with experience in diagnosing and resolving various vehicle issues. This role requires a thorough understanding of automotive systems including electrical systems powertrains and mechanical components. The Automotive Mechanic will work on a variety of vehicles to include small engine equipment ensuring they are safe and reliable.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and brake repairs
• Diagnose and repair automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Conduct repairs on engines transmissions suspensions and alignments
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot vehicle problems
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about a vehicles needs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service

Experience

• Previous experience as an Automotive Mechanic is required
• Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques across various vehicle types including Dodge vehicles
• Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting methods
• Knowledge of welding techniques for auto body repair is a plus
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using both hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of vehicle maintenance

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM
Pay: $25/hr
