Mazda certifications recommended but not required.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Independently troubleshoot highly complex drivability electrical and mechanical issues particularly those requiring CAN network analysis
- Complex Repairs: Execute heavy-duty powertrain transmission and structural repairs in accordance with Mazdas strict manufacturer specifications and warranty standard
- Must have achieved the highest level of Mazda-certified or Mazda Master Technician training usually verified by passing a rigorous pass/fail diagnostic test at a Mazda Technical Training Center
