Ennis Ford is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is the perfect starting point for individuals looking to build a career in automotive service. You will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations and fluid checks while ensuring every guest receives the high standard of care Ennis Ford is known for.
This is a career-track role where we provide the tools and the training you need to eventually transition into a Main Shop Technician position.

Flexible work schedule available
M-F 7am - 6pm
Saturday 7am - 1pm
Starting pay $13 - $17 per hour
Pay will increase with time and with certifications achieved with Ford
Drivers License: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Age Requirement: Must be a minimum of 19 years old and have held a Drivers License for a minimum of 3 years.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to commute to Ennis TX.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Perform routine maintenance including oil changes tire rotations fluid checks and filter replacements etc.
- Perform basic manufacturer recalls
Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and report findings to Service Advisors.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently accurately and to dealership standards.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and dealership protocols.
Assist with general shop operations as needed.
- Perform new vehicle PDIs
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices required.
1 year of automotive experience preferred (Dealership experience is a plus but not required).
Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn new technologies and procedures.
Positive friendly attitude with a focus on teamwork.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
