Position Summary

The Lot Support Associate plays a key role in supporting both the Sales and Service Departments by maintaining lot organization preparing vehicles and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on fast-paced position that requires attention to detail safe driving practices and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean organized and professional dealership lot
• Wash detail and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery
• Safely move vehicles throughout the lot showroom and service areas
• Assist with vehicle inventory organization and lot placement
• Ensure vehicles are fueled charged (EVs) and ready for test drives
• Support service department by transporting vehicles as needed
• Monitor lot condition signage and overall presentation
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns promptly
• Assist with general dealership operational needs

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmissions (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable punctual and team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
