Paradise Chevrolet is looking for an experienced high-performing Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a proven dealership F&I professional who knows how to structure deals work with lenders maximize profitability sell F&I products maintain compliance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is NOT an entry-level F&I position.

$15000$20000 PER MONTH DOE

Compensation is performance-driven and based on experience production and results.

As an Automotive F&I Manager you will:

• Work directly with customers to secure vehicle financing and finalize transactions
  

• Structure deals for maximum approval opportunities and dealership profitability
  

• Submit credit applications and work deals with multiple lenders
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks credit unions and finance companies
  

• Present financing options clearly and professionally
  

• Present and sell F&I products including vehicle service contracts GAP coverage and other protection products
  

• Maximize PVR and F&I product penetration
  

• Review deal structure and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
  

• Ensure contracts are properly executed and funded in a timely manner
  

• Work closely with Sales Managers and the sales team to keep deals moving
  

• Handle challenging credit situations and identify the best available financing solutions
  

• Maintain accurate deal jackets and documentation
  

• Ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies and applicable federal and California regulations
  

• Protect CSI while maximizing F&I performance and profitability
  

REQUIRED:

• Previous Automotive Dealership F&I Manager experience
  

• Proven F&I production and profitability
  

• Strong knowledge of automotive lending and lender programs
  

• Experience structuring prime and subprime deals
  

• Strong understanding of F&I products and product presentation
  

• Ability to maximize PVR and product penetration
  

• Strong closing and presentation skills
  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  

• Strong attention to detail and documentation
  

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
  

• Understanding of federal and California automotive finance compliance requirements
