Automotive Express Service Advisor

Were looking for a friendly organized and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Service Department. What Youll Do

• Greet customers promptly and gather information about their vehicle service needs.
• Write repair orders for Express Service maintenance including oil changes tire rotations inspections batteries filters and other routine services.
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and answer customer questions.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Review completed work and invoices with customers before delivery.
• Schedule future maintenance appointments and encourage preventative vehicle care.
• Help maintain a clean organized and professional service drive.

What Were Looking For

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
• Automotive knowledge or dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
