- Oversee daily automotive service center operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Lead coach and develop a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Manage inventory parts ordering and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety standards shop policies and brand guidelines
- Monitor quality control of all vehicle repairs and maintenance services
- Previous automotive service management or shop foreman experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with shop management software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong business acumen with a focus on sales and profitability
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
