What Youll Do

• Operate monitor and maintain Omnicell XR2 automation systems.
• Manage medication inventory including restocking returns and formulary optimization.
• Perform routine equipment inspections cleaning preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and escalate unresolved technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with pharmacy staff to support efficient workflows and exceptional customer service.
• Train users on system functionality and best practices.
• Serve as a resource for customers and team members.
• Maintain required pharmacy technician certifications and licenses.

What Youll Bring

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active State Pharmacy Technician Registration/License (where required).
• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB CPhT or ExCPT).
• COV19 (initial dose/s) required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program.
• 1 year of hospital pharmacy technician experience.
• 1 year of experience working with pharmacy automation technology.
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment

• Able to commute daily to this site: 51 N 39th Street Philadelphia PA 19104
• Able to work this shift:M-F Day Shift (may subject to change
• Hospital pharmacy setting.
• Able to travel out of state for (paid) training(s)
• 8-10 hour shifts; schedules may change based on business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Potential exposure to hazardous medications.
