Description: 100% onsite at Results Way Marlborough MA
Schedule: 8-5 Monday- Friday
Duration: 12 Months
Must Have skills:
Develop and execute test plans test cases and test procedures for industrial automation systems including PLC logic HMI screens SCADA applications alarms interlocks recipes batch operations and data acquisition functions.
Review functional specifications control narratives user requirements I/O lists sequence of operations and design documents to define comprehensive test coverage.
Perform software and system testing including unit testing integration testing regression testing factory acceptance testing site acceptance testing and commissioning support.
Validate PLC HMI SCADA and industrial network behavior against approved requirements design specifications and applicable standards.
Candidates required experience:
Develop and execute test plans test cases and test procedures for industrial automation systems including PLC logic HMI screens SCADA applications alarms interlocks recipes batch operations and data acquisition functions.
Review functional specifications control narratives user requirements I/O lists sequence of operations and design documents to define comprehensive test coverage.
Perform software and system testing including unit testing integration testing regression testing factory acceptance testing site acceptance testing and commissioning support.
Validate PLC HMI SCADA and industrial network behavior against approved requirements design specifications and applicable standards.
Identify document track and verify resolution of defects using established issue management and change control processes.

Candidates preferred experience but not required:
At least one of the following:
o Delta V
o Rockwell PLC Logix 5000 FT View PlantPAx
o Aveva System Platform 2020

Verification test planning and execution
Cross-functional teamwork coordination and communication skills
* Deliverables (result you expect from the Project completion Service outcomes Individual contributions):
Generate project documentation for testing
Perform engineering tests & protocol shakedown
Perform formal verification testing
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to test failure and generate potential solutions.
* Describe the expected materials from the outsourced need (reports software designs equipment etc.):
Generate project documentation for requirements and testing
* Tasks (Individual)/Milestones (Projects) (Describe a list of Tasks (Individual)/Milestones (Projects) that need to be completed):
Generate project documentation for requirements and testing

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to test failure and generate potential solutions.
