Automation Electrical Technician

Job Summary
As a Automation Electrical Technician youll be a key contributor in bringing our process control systems from concept to reality. Starting pay up to $40.00/hr based on experience.
You will:
- Build and wire control panelsusing project electrical schematics applying your knowledge of electricity materials and control equipment.
- Install conduit and pull wirefor electrical control systems on skidded systems following NEC UL IEEE and other applicable standards.
- Travel to customer sitesto support electrical installation and provide field serviceseeing firsthand how your work supports real-world operations.
- Support project deliveryby helping keep projects on scope on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with customersand internal teams to clarify requirements solve problems and ensure successful outcomes.
- Contribute to team successby assisting colleagues with their projects and taking on additional tasks assigned by the Panel Shop Lead or Automation Team Manager.
- Drive Continuous Improvementin the Panel Shop and Skid Wiring areas helping us build better safer and more efficient systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned giving you exposure to a wide range of equipment and processes.
What Were Looking For
- Relevant hands-on experiencein panel building skid wiring or a closely related electrical role.
- Ability toread and interpret electrical schematicsand apply them in a practical shop-floor environment.
- Comfortable usingPCs and basic software tools; experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is preferred.
- Aservice-oriented mindset: you enjoy working with people have a positive professional attitude and take pride in being helpful and reliable.
- A strong focus onquality safety and compliance with an understanding of applicable electrical standards and regulations.
