The Automation and PLC Engineer is at the forefront of designing and optimizing advanced manufacturing systems. Collaborates across engineering and production teams to develop program and maintain high-performance automation solutions using cutting-edge robotics and control technologies.
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Computer Science or a related field
25 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
Proficiency in programming and configuring industrial robots (e.g. FANUC iRVision.).
Experience supporting high-volume production environments
Hands-on shop floor experience troubleshooting processes
Strong understanding of control networks and protocols: Ethernet/IP Profinet OPC UA RS232/RS485.
Experience with servo systems motion controllers and analog/digital I/O integration.
