Job Summary
Kia Dealership Northwest Indiana
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Biller to join our team!
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized dependable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities meets deadlines and understands the importance of accuracy in dealership accounting.
Process and bill new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.
Review deal jackets for completeness accuracy and required documentation.
Verify contracts vehicle information rebates incentives and deal figures.
Process vehicle sales transactions within the dealership management system.
Work closely with sales finance and accounting departments to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of all deals.
Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed.
Previous automotive dealership billing experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of dealership accounting procedures and vehicle sales documentation.
Experience with DealeTrack is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
