Auto Body Technician

- Light automotive mechanical repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Read / repair per OEM repair procedures
- Welding knowledge and skills (steel aluminum and spot)
- Frame rack experience
- Repair and replace restraint systems (SRS)
- Monday through Friday 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
- Ability to lift squat kneel bend and manage parts over 50 lbs
- Valid drivers license
- Must provide own hand and power tools (large equipment provided)
- Self-accountable high integrity
- 2 to 5 years of experience preferred for top-tier pay band; entry-level candidates with relatable mechanical/automotive background welcome
- Top industry pay: $120000 to $160000 team commission pay plan (based on experience level)

Required Skills:
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of customer service or related experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. Preferred Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field. Automotive industry experience. Body shop experience. Bilingual.
