ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sales Audit Specialist is responsible for the activities that support the companys sales audit processes. This includes ensuring all sales data is properly reported in the companys ledger; retail store deposit accounts are accurate; and assisting the various stakeholders (stores accounting loss prevention etc.) in issue resolution relating to credit card gift card and cash sales transactions. This individual must exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have effective written and oral communication skills. The role is onsite.

Ability to make sound decisions to resolve customer and store inquiries.
Strong verbal communication skills including telephone etiquette; ability to diplomatically resolve challenging customer situations.
Strong written communication skills; ability to be clear and concise via email.
Ability to multi-task work independently and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be able to work onsite at our Manhattan Beach CA office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant industry experience.
Minimum two years of experience in Sales Audit Accounting Internal Audit or Retail Point-of-Sale.
Experience with relevant software (Aptos Sales Audit preferred); proficiency in Excel required.
Minimum two years of experience in an analytical role.
The pay range for this position is $71000-$76000/yr USD.
