Compensation: $95000$150000 Base Bonus

Schedule: Flexible Hybrid

Our client is seeking an experienced Audit Senior / Audit Manager to join its expanding Assurance practice.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy leading engagements mentoring staff and building trusted relationships with clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Youll work with privately held businesses nonprofits manufacturers construction companies and other growing organizations throughout West Michigan.

• Plan and manage audits reviews and compilations
• Review workpapers and financial statements
• Ensure engagements are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate findings to clients and leadership

• Develop long-term client relationships
• Provide recommendations to improve controls and operations
• Assist clients with financial reporting matters

• Mentor and supervise staff accountants
• Review work and provide training
• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 4 years of public accounting experience
• Audit and assurance background
• Strong GAAP knowledge

• Manufacturing experience
• Construction experience
• Nonprofit audit experience
