As an Audit Manager youll serve as a key leader within the Assurance practice overseeing engagements strengthening client relationships mentoring staff and working closely with firm principals on strategic initiatives.

• Plan supervise and complete audit review and assurance engagements
• Review engagement workpapers and financial reporting deliverables
• Monitor engagement budgets timelines and overall project execution
• Communicate significant engagement developments to firm principals
• Ensure quality standards and professional requirements are consistently met

• Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Gain a deep understanding of client operations goals and challenges
• Serve as a trusted advisor to company leadership and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the engagement lifecycle

• Train mentor and develop audit staff and senior auditors
• Provide coaching performance feedback and technical guidance
• Assist with recruiting onboarding and retention efforts
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Help build the next generation of firm leaders

• Assist with firm administrative initiatives as assigned by leadership
• Collaborate with principals on strategic projects and practice growth opportunities

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Active CPA license
• 8 years of public accounting audit experience
• Experience managing audit engagements and client relationships
• Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
