Job Summary
We are seeking aLevel 2 AV / IT Support Engineerto provide onsite support across three buildings in New York. This role has astrong AV and events-driven component supporting conference rooms collaboration spaces and live meeting environments while also providing end-user IT support.
This position is well-suited for someone comfortable in fast-paced high-visibility environments where meetings and events are a key part of daily operations.
Provide Level 2 onsite support for AV and IT systems
Support and troubleshootconference rooms and event spaces(video audio displays cameras)
Providereal-time support for meetings executive sessions and events
Perform proactive room checks and readiness support ahead of scheduled meetings
Deliver hands-on end-user IT support (laptops desktops peripherals connectivity)
Float betweenthree local buildingsbased on business needs
Escalate complex issues and document resolutions
Required Experience
3 years of experience inAV IT or a hybrid AV/IT support role
Experience supportingconferencing and collaboration technologies
Comfortable supportinglive meetings and event-driven environments
Solid understanding ofend-user computing environments
Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice to Have
Mobile phone and device support experience
Familiarity with platforms such asTeams Zoom or similar
