Duties

• Handle litigation matters including preparing for and participating in court depositions.
• Draft legal documents and other written materials.
• Communicate with clients provide legal counsel and advocate on their behalf.
• Conduct statutory legal research related to Blue Sky laws and technology corporate matters.
• Manage legal cases and related work throughout their progression.

Requirements

• Strong legal writing statutory research client communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage legal matters and support litigation including court depositions.
• Knowledge of technology corporate matters and Blue Sky laws.
