Responsibilities

• Handle employment law matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and trial-related documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court and argue motions
• Support mediations arbitrations and settlement efforts
• Assist with trial preparation and second-chair trial work

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 15 years of civil litigation experience
• Employment law experience preferred
• Strong research writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage cases within a collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $130000$180000 based on experience
