Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONSRequired:*Minimum of 12 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferably in a K8 school or educational setting.*Demonstrated proficiency in PowerSchool or a comparable student information system (SIS).*Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and compassionately with diverse families and school staff.*Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.*Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail Sheets Docs Drive) and Microsoft Office.*Ability to handle sensitive student and family information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.*Knowledge of and commitment to California compulsory education and attendance laws.*Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Preferred:*Familiarity with certified mail processes and California truancy notification requirements.*Prior experience in a charter school or Title I school environment.
