Student would be teaching swim lessons to adults of the class. Please see job description for qualifications.Department: Athletics
Location: Alumni Gym Pool
Supervisor: Olivia Parham
Hours/Shifts Available: 2 days a week typically evenings; students can expect to work 3 hrs/week (maybe more with private lessons)
Rate of Pay: $9.70/hr
Number of Positions available: 4
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Help creating curriculum to teach swim lessons
Being in the water helping teach basic swimming skills
Being able to work with a range of skills and range of people
Communication with supervisor class and fellow instructors
Qualifications:
Must have prior swim lesson experience whether it be adults or kids.
Being able to swim for extended period of time
good communications skills
