Specific Coach duties include but are not limited to:Program Leadership: Serve as a Coach for the designated athletic & Vision: Develop a positive team culture and provide the overall direction and vision for the assigned Development: Develop individual student-athlete skill sets techniques and tactical strategies necessary for overall team improvement and & Instruction: Develop and communicate team strategies; provide instruction for student-athletes in the consistent execution of those : Manage comprehensive game match or event planning and strategy review in preparation for : Establish and oversee off-season weight training conditioning and player development : Ensure that all rules and regulations regarding student conduct and eligibility are clearly communicated and strictly Management: Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with team members parents the athletic department administration teachers other coaches officials and : Maintain all required coaching certifications and complete all administrative forms and documentation in a timely manner.
