Were seeking an experienced and motivated merchandising leader based in or near Phoenix AZ to drive store execution develop field talent and strengthen client partnerships across a dynamic territory. Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00/hr based on experience
Position Status: (W-2) Full-Time variable hour.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Travel independently to service stores throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.
- Train mentor and support a team of SRS field service representatives to ensure consistent execution and adherence to company standards.
- Execute and oversee in-store merchandising activities including planogram resets display installations inventory adjustments and signage placement.
- Monitor new hire progress complete required reporting and identify opportunities for coaching and development.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and in alignment with client expectations and SRS standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for store management project managers and field leadership within your territory.
- Proactively resolve issues drive performance and provide ongoing coaching to maintain a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration safety and professional growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid drivers license reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance.
- Previous supervisory or training experience in the merchandising industry.
- A personal Smartphone with call text email and internet access for in-store reporting and surveys.
- Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple store locations.
- Available for company paid overnight travel based on training and business needs.
- This role involves frequent physical activity including bending stooping standing walking ladder climbing and lifting pushing pulling and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
