Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Respiratory Care for the Care at Home Group provides strategic operational and clinical leadership in support of high-quality respiratory services. This role helps oversee daily department operations staffing quality assurance regulatory compliance budgeting and performance improvement initiatives across the care continuum. Serving as a key liaison among respiratory care staff physicians nursing leadership and administrative teams the Assistant Director helps ensure safe efficient patient-centered and cost-effective care. This position also supports staff development process improvement and the implementation of department goals aligned with organizational priorities.
Who Should Apply:
- Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy Respiratory Care or a related field.
- 7 years of respiratory care experience including 2 years in management.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist required.
- Current state Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS PALS NRP and STABLE as applicable.
- Current valid Drivers License preferably with no points.

Salary Range: Minimum 49.81/hour - Maximum 87.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
