    • Dedicated surgery day each week for focused patient care.

    • 30-minute appointment slots to provide thorough personalized patient care.

  • Diverse Case Load:

    • Provide progressive high-quality care for small animals in a friendly compassionate setting.

    • Manage a wide range of cases from routine wellness visits to more complex medical and surgical cases.

Total Rewards

As a VCA Associate eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package including:

Compensation

  • Salary is negotiable based on experience skills knowledge abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $115K - $ salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work ranges for the Medical Director may be higher and include an additional Medical Director stipend and bonus.

  • This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent

  • Licensure in good standing to practice in (IL) or the ability to obtain

  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
