Job Summary
About this role
- Manage post-trade exception resolution across confirmations settlements collateral margin and payment activities by partnering with counterparties custodians clearing brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
- Prioritize and manage multiple operational responsibilities while maintaining accurate performance metrics and reporting to support team efficiency and operational oversight.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends improve transparency evaluate processes and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Support operational improvement initiatives through automation standardization and root-cause analysis of upstream and downstream process impacts.
- Develop and maintain process documentation while sharing knowledge and supporting team training to promote operational consistency and resiliency.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in investment operations including trade confirmations and settlements within a complex and preferably global operating environment.
- Strong organizational time management and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of fixed income equity and derivative products combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities adapt to changing business needs and work flexibly across operational schedules when required.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications Power BI SQL and related tools to support operational analysis and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships and articulate solutions to stakeholders.
