Associate Technican

Join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer as a Packaging Technician in a hands-on team-based production role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment following clear processes and taking pride in quality work.

What Youll Do:

• Operate packaging and production equipment (start-up basic adjustments quality checks)

• Complete production and batch documentation accurately

• Follow GMPs SOPs and safety standards

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred (regulated environment a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills

• Ability to follow written procedures

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent required. Analytical scientific and mechanical trouble shooting skills; Good written and verbal communication skills; Good computer skills; Strict attention to detail and safety; Ability to lift 25 pounds on an intermittant basis. Working knowledge of aspectic technique; Understanding and awareness of USDA regulations SOPs and SPPs.
