As an Associate Salesforce Administrator you will work under the direction of the Salesforce Platform Manager to support maintain and streamline day-to-day operations on QGendas Salesforce platform. This role acts as a primary operational resource for internal teams addressing front-line inquiries and keeping our system running smoothly. You will work closely with the teams Senior Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Administrator to learn our unique platform architecture troubleshoot issues and collaborate on system alignment.
This position is designed as a career-launching growth opportunity. The ideal candidate will start by mastering core operational tasks and will be expected to continuously grow into increasingly complex administration duties over time.
- Ticket Management: Take primary ownership of incoming operational (Help Desk) tickets ensuring timely accurate and helpful resolutions for our internal users.
- Access Control: Manage basic user administration including provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts resetting passwords and adjusting roles profiles and permission sets.
- Data Operations: Execute routine data tasks such as file uploads data extractions/downloads and ongoing account maintenance to preserve data integrity.
- General Troubleshooting: Serve as a responsive resource for everyday system questions diagnosing minor glitches and escalating complex issues to the Salesforce Platform Manager or senior administrators when necessary.
- Process Alignment: Adhere closely to all company ticketing workflows documentation policies and handling practices.
- Continuous Learning Path: A formal certification is not required at the time of hire. However because this role is designed for long-term professional development the incumbent will be expected to expand their technical capabilities absorb advanced tasks from senior team members and achieve their Salesforce Certified Administrator credential within three years of joining the team.
- Platform Experience: 12 years of hands-on exposure or structural familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a user-first support mindset.
- Analytical Thinking: Creative and analytical thinker with a natural aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Prioritization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle organize and prioritize simultaneous operational requests.
- Quality Focus: A sharp eye for detail striving for thoroughness and accuracy across all system changes and data requests.
- Team Attitude: A collaborative positive approach to learning new technical skills and adapting to dynamic roadmaps.
- Salesforce Certified Associate credential.
- Basic experience utilizing a helpdesk ticketing platform (e.g. Jira ServiceNow).
- Strong familiarity with data manipulation tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g. VLOOKUPs data formatting) for prepping file uploads.
- Experience with SOQL or SQL
