Job Description:L3Harrisis seeking a new graduate to support quality initiatives by helping develop andmaintainprocesses that ensure products and materials meet required standards and customer this role the individual will work with cross-functional teams and customers to review quality performance address issues and support improvement efforts across operations. The position also offers experience in investigating nonconformances contributing to corrective actions andassistingwith quality documentation and customer communications.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical quality control statistics and analyses

• Collaborate with both internal (Operations Engineering and Program Management) as well as external customers to ensure quality standards are in place and are being properly executed

• Determineroot cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications and implement effective corrective action as needed

• Write inspection procedures andassistin reviewing and evaluating in-process rejections and obtaining proper product dispositions

• Analyze quality performance for factory and collaborate with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans foridentifiedproblem areas

• Serve as primary customer Quality interface which may include having to conduct customer business briefings

Qualifications: To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a bachelors degree in Mechanical Chemical Aerospace engineering or related field or have completed their bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state Cleveland Ohio Virginia and Vermont is $56000 - $104000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
