Associate Production Technician

Role Summary

As anAssociate Production Technicianat Overland AI you will play a key role in building out our production processes and systems as we continue to scale the manufacturing of our best-in-class autonomous ground vehicle (AGV) ULTRA.

This role has split responsibilities supporting the movement of goods and inventory to support production while also building your familiarization and understanding of how our autonomy hardware integrates into our vehicles.

With these split responsibilities our goal is to allow you to come in and make an immediate impact while providing a pathway to grow your technician skills and experience across the full lifecycle of our prototype and production efforts.

This role is designed for a candidate thatis excited to learn and grow and try newthings butjusthasnthad the chance to do so. Daily responsibilities and the splitof workwill evolve based on current needs and long term the role will evolve to better align with individual strengthsand career trajectory afteryouvehad the chance to try our different areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build familiarity of the parts that go into our vehicles by supporting day-to-day inventory tasks like receiving shelving and kitting for the production line.

• Support regular inventory cycle counts and audit readiness by ensuring documentation is up-to-date andaccurate.

• Assist Senior Engineering Technicians with assembly testing and debugging across wire harnesses subassemblies and vehicle integrations.

• Support build activities byassistingwith documentation organization and shop cleanliness.

DesiredSkills:

• Hands on experience with automotive hardware or robotic systems

• Demonstrated willingness and eagerness to learn and grow

• Willing to take initiative and find solutions to problems

• Comfort with basic hand tools (wrenches drills drivers) and wiring tools (strippers crimpers soldering iron)

• Ability to stand and walk forlong periodsof time

• Ability to lift 20lbs

This position will be onsite in Seattle WA.
