My client a global medical technology leader is hiring an Associate Principal Engineer to own the architecture and roadmap for its pump and fluid platform across a full line of urine evacuation devices.

What youll be doing

• Own the platform roadmap across performance power sensing and reliability
• Lead strategy reviews and publish roadmaps with clear deliverables
• Set architecture principles and interface standards used across multiple products
• Guide decisions on pump mechanism power charging sensing and acoustic/odor performance

About you

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Background in electromechanical medical devices or portable pump/fluid systems
• Track record leading cross-functional technical strategy not just subsystem design
• Strong grounding in systems architecture and design controls
• Comfortable influencing without direct authority
