Associate Perfumery Technician

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Weigh fragrance compounds accurately according to established formulas procedures and good manufacturing practices.
• Prepare and process raw materials while ensuring proper barcode tracking labeling conditioning and documentation.
• Produce fragrance oil reference samples that serve as quality control standards for manufacturing.
• Safely handle fragrance ingredients and chemical materials in accordance with laboratory and safety protocols.
• Fill sample requests and prepare perfume submissions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Complete all required administrative and system-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage raw material inventory including shelf-life monitoring replenishment requests labeling and contamination prevention.
• Prepare fragrance oil applications for internal evaluation using appropriate laboratory techniques and best practices.
• Support laboratory operations through equipment maintenance housekeeping activities and adherence to Health Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High school diploma technical degree or equivalent educational background.
• Chemical laboratory technical or related scientific background.
• Internship laboratory training or early-career experience in a technical environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures protocols and quality standards consistently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with automated systems and computer-based task management tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English-language documentation and procedures.

How Would You Stand Out

• Previous experience in a fragrance flavor cosmetics consumer goods or laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management sample preparation or laboratory best practices.
