We are seeking a creative and analytical Associate Manager Growth Marketing to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in performance marketing digital media and data-driven decision making who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Associate Manager will support the planning execution and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive subscription lead generation & commerce growth across multiple Hearst brands including Runners World Womens Health and Mens Health. This includes supporting paid media campaigns testing acquisition strategies analyzing performance and partnering cross-functionally to identify opportunities to grow audiences and revenue.

Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Support the planning and execution of growth marketing initiatives aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including paid media to drive subscription email acquisition and ecommerce growth.
  • Coordinate creative development and testing with Editorial and Creative teams to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve CPA CPC and other key acquisition metrics.
  • Develop reports and analyze campaign data to uncover trends insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support go-to-market planning for key business initiatives through audience strategy channel planning and testing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Editorial Membership Design and Analytics to execute marketing initiatives and achieve business goals.
  • Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign planning creative testing reporting and marketing workflows while identifying new opportunities to scale growth.

Qualifications (What Were Looking For)

  • 1 years of experience in growth marketing digital marketing paid media or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of paid media and customer acquisition across platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and use insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Curious proactive and eager to learn new marketing strategies technologies and AI-powered tools.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing communications business or a related field.
  • This role is based in New York and follows a hybrid work schedule.

The base salary for this role is $66300$70000. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience skills qualifications and location.
