Job Summary
Typically the AMCS handles a single account / group of accounts / part of a large account with a P&L of $10M.
Role Description:
Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships build and nurture a portfolio $10M or more owns the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required opportunities to be pursued price decisions

Infosys Information Services and Publishing (IS &P) practice serves marquee clients in Newspaper Book publishing business (B2C) and Information services providers (primarily B2B).

Significant client relationship / project management experience
Experience serving / working forPublishing / Information Services industries. This includes Book Publishers Newspapers Domain specific Information providers (such as Legal Financials Risk Management)
Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong leadership interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required we are not able to sponsor this position at this time
Preferred Qualifications:
Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers. Content processing value-chain in Publishing/Information Services
Global Delivery Model experience
Experience managing large multi-location engagement teams
Track record as an Account Manager / Client Partner in a rapidly growing client relationship
