JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for the daily management and oversight of company items. This is a technical system role which requires daily interactions with Design Engineering Process Engineering Purchasing Routing and other areas and requires a strong ability to understand ERP transactions that affect production flow.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)

  • Set up and maintain purchased parts manufactured parts and raw materials updating related documentation.
  • Train staff on item setup processes and criteria.
  • Support Process Engineering in expediting customer orders and assisting with order entry as needed.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineering Purchasing and Routing to eliminate duplicate/old items and maintain item database.
  • Create routings for parts and assemblies.
  • Maintain department Standard Operating Procedures in the DCC.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years experience within a manufacturing environment required.
  • 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing ERP system required.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative across departments adept at learning and training others on system processes to enhance procedures.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and accountability in a team setting.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position may require travel to other Robinson facilities.
