Job Summary
The HR Operations Associate will provide operational administrative and program management support across key HR functions ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with organizational policies and processes. This role will support HR operations global mobility talent programs learning and development initiatives employee engagement activities and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations including HRIS administration payroll support employee records management onboarding/offboarding activities and compliance-related processes.
- Coordinate HR compliance activities including I-9 administration audits background verification processes and documentation management.
- Manage global mobility and immigration support activities including visa processes expatriate administration relocation coordination and employee mobility programs.
- Administer HR expenses employee relocation reimbursements P-Card tracking vendor coordination and general HR departmental administration.
- Support employee onboarding internship programs and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
- Coordinate Learning & Development programs including training logistics participant management facilitator coordination travel arrangements learning materials onsite training support and learning administration.
- Lead and support employee engagement recognition and employer branding initiatives including awards programs town halls and employee events.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute HR projects process improvement initiatives and strategic organizational programs.
- Provide coordination and project management support for special HR initiatives and business priorities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations HR Administration Learning & Development coordination or related HR support functions.
- Strong organizational project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with HRIS systems payroll processes US immigration and employee data management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high level of customer service and operational excellence.
