As an Associate General Counsel you will provide high-level support across business functions and geographies balancing risk with innovation. This role bridges the legal policy and operational worlds by driving informed decision-making leading cross-functional initiatives and building the readiness required to operate in an evolving global environment.
Responsibilities

- Advise senior leaders and business partners on complex legal and regulatory matters that impact commercial operations policy or enterprise strategy.
Lead or co-lead legal strategies for key initiatives including product development market access or international operations
Interpret laws policies and enforcement trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Serve as a connector between Legal and cross-functional groups.
Manage legal input for high-impact business transaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education skills and experience.
- Required:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in job location
Minimum of 7 years of legal experience including in-house or cross-functional legal advisory roles
Preferred:
Background in life sciences healthcare or a highly regulated global industry
Demonstrated experience managing legal complexity across markets or functions
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity
Strong strategic thinking judgement and busin
