Associate Engineer, Quality Systems

Job Summary
Independently perform analyses and implement data software or technology solutions to deliver precise reliable and reproducible products in a timely manner under the direction of a more senior leader. Demonstrate technical precision and strong analytical skills. Possess good understanding of software development and technology infrastructure (including servers storage network connectivity and virtualization/cloud environments) and general understanding of data integration and warehousing and data analysis and visualization tools.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks competently and independently and generate reliable and consistent results.
- Analyze and critique results noting significant variances or deviations.
- Troubleshoot algorithms protocols and software programs.
- Demonstrate skill in multiple techniques and appropriately modify protocols as required to suit the changing needs of our business.
- Learn and understand new methods and technologies.
- Obtain estimates/quotes from vendors and provide as input into overall project time and cost estimates.
- Produces and maintains required technical documentation associated with work products.
- Ensure adherence to AbbVies Corporate and Divisional Policies regarding code of conduct safety GxP compliance data security and the SDLC.
- Leverage AWS expertise to architect solutions that are high-performance cost-optimized and reliable for global operations.
Qualifications :
Required:
- Bachelors Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with software development lifecycle principles including version control (git) CICD pipelines testing and regional cloud deployments for quality and operational platforms.
- Experience with C# Java or other modern programming languages (Python etc.).
- Experience with .Net frameworks.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of quality system requirements (GxP FDA ISO 9001) and regulatory technology practices.
Preferred:
- 6 years of IT-related work experience.
- Strong passion for learning new software technologies especially AI and analytics.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technology certifications are highly preferred AWS certifications a plus.
