The Associate Employee Relations Representative partners with leaders and team members across the organization to providesupportto related areas such as (but not limited to): workplace investigations violations of policy conflict resolution disciplinary actions employee exits and employee wellbeing concerns. This role oversees tracking and reporting ER-related data and metrics which is used to identify trends and develop action plans.
Essential Responsibilities:
35% - Provide administrative support to senior ER representatives including assistingwith investigationlogisticstracking report followupandprocessing disciplinary actions in workday.Responsible for monitoringand reportingemployment relatedmetrics such asexit surveys of terminated employeesand turnover data.
35% -Serve asaresource for managers and team members when employment-related concerns arise.Answer basic policy questions via email and phone. Triage more complexconcernstoER representatives as appropriate.
20% - Compile information for unemployment responses ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation.
10% - Assist Employee Relations Manager with projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience (Knowledge Skills & Abilities):
High School Diploma
Preferred Education & Experience (Knowledge Skills & Abilities):
1-2 years priorexperience in Human Resources involving policy application and administration.
Comprehensive understanding of employment related laws & regulations.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

Job Environment & Physical Requirements:
Hybrid expectations(1 day onsite per week)
Substantial amount of sitting
Use hands and fingers to press keys on a computer keyboard to enter or retrieve information
