Job Title: Associate Electrical Engineering
Job Location: Waco Texas
Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off
Job Description:
The exact role will depend on the skillset of the candidate and the needs of the projects but below are roles that are typically needed:
- Contribute directly to projects that integrate new systems and technologies onto existing aircraft platforms
- Identify areas for continuous improvement in current work processes
- Develop or provide updates to aircraft electrical drawings including wiring diagrams and cable assembly drawings
- Select components and equipment based on analysis of requirements and specifications
- Perform or provide updates to aircraft electrical analyses such as Electrical Load Analysis (power budgets)
- Provide liaison support to electrical manufacturing and electrical installation teams
- Perform Electromagnetic Engineering analyses and modeling including antenna cosite lightning and HERF/HERP/HERO
- Support aircraft-level testing for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) P-Static EMRADHAZ and TEMPEST
- Develop or update test procedures and test reports
Qualifications:
- To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Electrical & Computer Engineering or related field or have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
